Philadelphia Estate Planning Law Firm
The Robinson Law Firm • Our Process
Leaving a legacy of family harmony and love is very important to us on a personal level here at The Robinson Law Firm. We take that passion into each of our client relationships. Our goal is to make this process easy and meaningful for you and your family. We practice solely in the field of estate planning because it enables us to create a plan that will hopefully eliminate the amount of fallout or lack of harmony that you family will experience after you passing.
We are unique in that we believe in developing deep relationships with each of our clients. We invest in your hopes and dreams by assisting you in creating a meaningful legacy for the future. We know that that is what is most important to you and we share in those goals!
Your life will likely take many twists and turns and we will be here when you have any questions or want to revisit some prior decisions you may have made. We look forward to having you join our family and to getting to know you better!
Initial Consultation
We begin with our FREE initial consultation where the Firm provides a comfortable and safe environment, which allows our clients to feel at ease. We then spend time listening to our clients so that we can create a comprehensive and highly individualized estate and legacy plan for each of our clients. This initial meeting is a time for us to see if we want to work with you and for you to decide if you want to work with us.
Design Meeting
The next step is the design meeting where we work closely with our clients to create their ideal plan. We help our clients decide in detail what they want to give, to whom they want, and when they want to give it.
Signing Meeting
Two to four weeks later we schedule a signing meeting where our clients receive the culmination of our work together: their Estate and Legacy Preservation Portfolio.
Funding Meeting
Soon after the signing meeting the funding meeting will be scheduled. We want our client’s valuables to remain with their families, not the IRS or the probate process. So, this step in our process is important because it completes the funding of our estate and legacy plans.
Firm Family Membership™
This final step in our process is actually an ongoing relationship with our clients. We created the Firm Family™ Membership to ensure that as the law changes and our clients’ families change, their plans still work as they were intended to.
